Nutrition labels are on food for a reason, to help educate us on what foods are healthier for us to eat. In 2013 though, less than half of consumers actually used the nutrition label to determine what foods they buy. So many people don’t even know what the label is telling them. Just because it has fewer calories or less fat doesn’t make it healthier. I found this infographic that will help make it easier for you to read the labels, and hopefully make better choices for you and your family.
How much of this did you know? Do you think you will be able to make healthier choices for your family now?
