30 Minute Bodyweight Only Workout

We all intend to live a healthier lifestyle. We want to eat healthier and exercise more, but there are always excuses. I’m too tired, I don’t have the time, I don’t know how to cook, and so much more. I always intend to work out, but I feel like I don’t have the time. I already get up early in the morning to work, then have to take care of my daughter, the house work, and the blog, along with playing nurse on the weekends.

I feel like every second I have is taken up by something. That is why, when I found this infographic on a 30 minute bodyweight only workout, I just had to share it. These are all exercises you can do in your house with no fancy equipment and using your own body weight. If you have a baby, you could even modify these to include the weight of the baby as well.

I am going to try to make it a point to do some of these every morning now. I hope I can get into a routine and continue to find the time to workout, even if just for 15 minutes, because any amount of time spent working out is better than none.
